These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 9wiket ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 9wiket website located at https://9wiket.onl and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, bingo, and any promotional activities offered thereon.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 9wiket will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. 2.3 KYC Verification

9wiket operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for the purpose of age verification, identity confirmation, and fraud prevention. You may be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal or at any other point determined by 9wiket's compliance team. 3.1 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits suspected of originating from third-party or anonymous sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal. 9wiket reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 or on accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns. Processing times stated are indicative only; delays may occur during public holidays, technical maintenance, or compliance review periods.

3.3 Currency & Exchange

All balances are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka. 9wiket does not accept foreign currency deposits or cryptocurrency. Any conversion costs associated with international payment methods are borne by the player. 9wiket is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered ৳30,000 in eligible bets before withdrawal is permitted. The following rules apply to all sports betting, live in-play betting, casino games, crash games, and bingo titles offered on the 9wiket platform. Game-specific rules are additionally available within each game's interface and, where applicable, within the game provider's official documentation.

5.1 Sports Betting

9wiket offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC events, Test matches, ODIs, T20s), football, kabaddi, and virtual sports. Odds are set and managed by professional traders and are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. A bet is confirmed only when the system displays a bet receipt with a unique reference number. Screenshots or browser confirmations without a system receipt are not valid evidence of bet placement.

• Minimum stake per bet slip: ৳50.
• Maximum winnings per single event are subject to market-specific limits disclosed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of 9wiket's trading team and may be suspended or refused at any time during live events.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or voided by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCCI, BPL governing body, FIFA, etc.), 9wiket's settlement rules for that event type will apply and stakes may be returned.

5.2 Casino Games

5.3 Bet Voidance & Errors

9wiket reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrectly displayed price (palpable error), placed after market closure, or placed on an event where a material error in event information occurred. Void bets are settled at the return of the original stake. Where a systematic pricing error is identified, all bets placed at the erroneous price may be cancelled regardless of settlement status.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9wiket platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Underage gambling: Registering, playing, or placing bets while under 18 years of age, or knowingly assisting a minor to do so.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity to circumvent KYC processes.
• Money laundering: Using the 9wiket platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering money or concealing the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or systematic live betting information sharing.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets, spin slots, or otherwise interact with the platform outside of normal human operation.

• Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform, its databases, or any other player's account; introducing malicious code; or interfering with platform operations in any way.

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your 9wiket account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be transferred to your registered payment method within five (5) business days of account closure confirmation.

8.2 Forfeiture of Bonus Balances

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — any bonus balance remaining in your account that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Withdrawable cash balances (funds deposited and/or winnings already cleared of wagering requirements) will be returned to the player, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9wiket's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 9wiket shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
